Part I

PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to explain the

relationship between law and moral standards and to evaluate the processes of
formation of law to selected / chosen existing law.

REQUIREMENT
Explain the relationship between the law and moral standards. Choose one existing law
and evaluate the process of formation of the selected law.

ONLINE CLASS PARTICIPATION (10%)

Discuss the following topic(s) in the forum and submit proof of your participation in the
online discussions:

a. Identify and discuss the characteristics of ethical problems in management. Give

your opinion on the way to solve the problem.

b. Discuss the concept of stakeholders of an organisation. Why is the concept

important for a leader of an organisation? Give examples of market
stakeholders and non-market stakeholders in your chosen organisation.
