RE : Rescheduled Intramural Activities and Shortening of Classes

The office has received a notice from the Office of the Governor indicating the unprecedented
conflict of schedules of the proposed venue and the unavailability of the key person in the
institution. However, the institution is still positive about pursuing the said event to promote the
physical, mental, and social development of the student.

Given this, the intramural activities will be rescheduled to November 20-22, 2022.

Further, the shortening of classes (SHS and College) will start from November 14-19, 2022. The
following guidelines shall be observed:

1. Classes will be shortened to 1 hour (30 minutes for 1 hour, 1 hour for 2 hours, 2 hours for
3 hours, and 3 hours for 4 hours class) from the original schedule. The 1 hour is intended
for rehearsals and the remaining time shall be given for classroom activities. However,
the subject teacher should still fulfil their responsibilities during their classes and
rehearsals.
2. Rehearsals should be done in their respective classrooms and other designated areas,
provided that they will not disturb classes or othe r activities.
3. The subject teacher is not allowed to leave their classes and rehearsals unattended.
Regular checking of attendance is a must.
4. Students and teachers must return to their classes after their rehearsals.

In the meantime, rehearsals and other activities related to the preparation of the upcoming
intramurals shall be done during vacant time.
