WHAT IT IS
Adolescents entered some of the secondary
changes, by which they learned as they grow up,
such that, maintaining a healthier lifestyle
should be prioritized at this stage to support
the normal flow of hormones and the complete
development of tissues and organs in the body
(including the way of thinking and behaving).
ROUTINE
Regular Exercise
Exercising is very important for us to reduce the risks of
getting lazy, keeps the body moving and in posture,
especially teens tend to feel their bones locking (it’s getting
harder than they usually do). If it has been resting for a long
time, experiencing cramps, difficulty of properly aligning
the spine while moving/stretching is normal. Physical
activities burn excess saturated fats which help us to avoid
Cardiovascular diseases.
