TITLE DISTRICT ORIENTATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF
PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST FOR GRADES 4-6 MAPEH TEACHERS
Rationale In line with DepED Order No. 34, S.2019, teachers specifically
MAPEH teachers continuous professional growth and development
is a very significant activity to ensure quality preparedness and
retooling. It is most significant now in the new normal due to this
pandemic. Relatively, the issuance of DM-CID-202-511 of SDO
Isabela dated October 19, 2022, School MAPEH coordinators are
directed to conduct a District Orientation of MAPEH Teachers In
The Administration Of Physical Fitness Test (PFT) For Grades 4-6
monitor and assess students' ability as it relates to aerobic fitness,
strength, and flexibility. It can also help students understand how
healthy they are and learn to set goals to improve their health-
related fitness.

Professional Development Priorities
The objective of this training is to monitor and assess MAPEH teachers’ ability as it
relates to aerobic fitness, strength, and flexibility. It can also help students understand
how healthy they are and learn to set goals to improve their health-related fitness.
