HOST SCHOOLS

1. Assign personnel (Teachers, SSG officers) to guide the participants to the billeting room.
2. Available personnel per billeting room to attend to in releasing (arrival) and retrieving the borrowed bedding (ask ID from
them) but bedding must be properly set already in the respective rooms. Billeting rooms must be properly labeled.
3. Classroom must have sufficient Water supply, with functional lighting facilities, with functional CR, cleanliness must be
observed, proper segregated Garbage bins and properly labeled pasted on the door (Sports Events/No. of occupants in a
room)

4. There must be assigned personnel to roam around to attend to the needs of our visitors.
5. Functional Canteen readily available for participants selling nutritious foods
6. Coordinate with BLGU or MLGU for the provision of security personnel in the vicinity.
7. Safety Health protocols must still be observed. Availability of Thermal scanner, Disinfectants/alcohol/ logbook
