My Personal Comment about E.C.Q.

(Enhanced Community Quarantine)

I am Jhessabelle P. Comia, 25 years of age and currently staying at Sitio Dayapan Bilog-Bilog
Tanauan City, Batangas with my husband Allan Terrones Comia. We are here together with his
family. Due to the E.C.Q. (Enhanced Community Quarantine), we are not able to visit my family
but I assure myself that after this E.C.Q. because of the COVID-19 I will not let the day pass not
going to Brgy. Sabang Pagsanjan, Laguna.

On the 13th day of March, which is the start of having no classes in Binan City, Laguna-my
working place, I decided to go to my husband’s house for us to enjoy being together. I thought
that this cancellation of classes will end on March 14, 2020 but Pres. Rodrigo Duterte
announced that there will have an extension of the cancellation of classes. And it scheduled
from March 16 up to April 15,2020.

Everyone is excited for the ending of the E.C.Q. but the case of COVID-19 in the Philippines is
still increasing. So Pres. Duterte decided again to extend the E.C.Q. throughout the country. So,
it extended from April 16-30, 2020.

Upon the evaluation of the case of COVID-19 during the given schedule, Pres. Duterte is again
advising everyone that the E.C.Q will be extended from May 01-15, 2020.

We cannot tell when the E.C.Q. will end but let us always put our hopes in God. He controls
everything!
