The learning environment is another important component aside from the curriculum in the teaching-learning
process. This activity exposes you to another learning experience, which enables you to make your learning environment
safe and conducive. As you immerse in the learning environment, you will learn the different methods and strategies to
maximize the involvement of learners in the different classroom activities.

Questions:
1. What classroom routines and procedures did you observe and how could you apply it to promote
essential learning?
-We observed that the teacher is catching the attention of students so that there will have mutual
interaction. The teacher discussed a topic in an interesting way so the teaching and learning goes
smoothly and effective. I can imitate the strategy regards to discussing the lesson but I can use my own
strategy as well to make it more interesting.
2. What is the effect to the learners if the teacher creates a safe and conducive learning environment?
-They will enjoy to study and understand their topic very well because they will just focus to the
teacher without thinking of any circumstances. They will be more active and participative to the
discussion so the teacher could enjoy to teach as well.
