We, ELIZABETH MARANGA and NELVA LECEÑA OBIASADA, both of legal age,
Filipinos, both married and residents of Poblacion II, Malabuyoc, Cebu and Tolosa,
Malabuyoc, Cebu, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say, T H A T:

1. We personally know ROSALIE CARPELA, (“Rosalie” for brevity);

2. We reside in the same locality and we personally know that her maiden name is
Capela;

3. We likewise know that ROSALIE CARPELA was once married to THEODOROS

ANAGNOSTOPOULOS, and was once using her husbands surname;

4. We are not in any way related to ROSALIE CARPELA in affinity nor consanguinity;

5. We personally attest that ROSALIE CARPELA and ROSALIE

ANAGNOSTOPOULOS are one and the same person;

6. That finally, we are executing this affidavit for the purpose of informing the
authorities especially the Department of Foreign Affairs and for all legal intents and
purposes. This affidavit is based on personal knowledge.
