WE, CLER ARNIBAL LABAO and CHERRYLYN MAGLASANG

MARABA, both Filipinos, of legal age, single and residents of Antipolo,
Tuburan, Cebu, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,

3. We have all the qualifications and no legal impediments to enter
