    Subject: Excuse for being absent due to sickness

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter to explain the reason why I was absent during the Bomb Awareness

    Orientation on 20th day of August 2022.

    I woke up with bad flu which was accompanied by high fever and other allergic reactions. I was

    not in a position to concentrate on anything. Due to financial incapacity I was not able to go to

    the hospital to seek medical attention. In order not to infect the other students with the flu, I

    decided not to attend the said orientation.
