Rubrics
 Change and Organizational Development (HRM645) is one of the subjects that I take
for this semester which is for Semester 5 in Human Resource of final year degree students.
This subject is very important for the students to understand and explore more about the
information related. This report assignment is about my own self-reflective learning
experience on the HRM645 learning activity that has been conducted throughout this
semester.

First thing first, there are many things that I have learned through this subject which is
including about the organization development which is I learned many things and discovered
some new information from the chapters in this subject of HRM645. Besides that, I have got
a new experiences which is I has been grouping with the new member and have an
experience in completing and finishing the assignment during this Online Distance Learning.
In this subject, I have learned about the organization development which include the
interventions, the theory in the management practices, quality and employee involvement, the
organizational culture, change and reengineering, organizational learning, organizational
effectiveness and employee engagement and many more. Other than that, I have also learned
the core value and ethics of organization development, foundations of organizational change,
the organization development practitioner and the OD process, entry and contracting and
many other contents that related with this subject.

Next is what are the take away that I got from what I have learned from this subject is
we should be a positive person who can accept a new and good things so that, we can be the
best version of ourselves and can improve ourselves to be a better person from time to time.
Besides that, the take away that I got from this subject is I should have the abilities of can
adapt the changes in whatever are the situation that I have faced for now and in the future
because in any organization or any situation that we are living in, there will be a changes in
terms of the systems, the ways, procedure and many more.

The skills that I acquired from this class which to be exact through assignment in this
subject first is critical thinking skills where we need to providing the solutions and
recommendations to the problem that we have found for the assignment that are being given
for this subject. Besides that, editing skills where we need the editing skills for the
assignment that needs the criteria such as for the video presentation and for the slides. Next is
communication, such as for the presentation and the communication between the group
members. Other than that, creativity also one of the skills that are acquired from this class
such as in completing the task given for every week and the assignment given we need to
create a poster or slide based on our creativity to completed the task. In addition, time
management where in order to completing the task and assignment, that assignment should be
submitted within the given period of time. So far, I have managed to submit the assignment
on time even there are some obstacles that I have face in ODL at home. Lastly, I acquired the
skills of searching for accurate information that needed for the assignment.

For the next question which is will I be using these skills in future? Yes I will using
these skills in the future to improve myself and to match with the requirement that needed for
work and for the company that I will work with in the future. I am very thankful for all of the
hard work of my lecturer in delivered the knowledge and information about these chapters for
all of the students.

The benefits that I acquired from this class are I am getting a new and a very useful
information and knowledge. Besides that, I can practice a lot through the exercise given every
week with the team member because from the assignment given, there will be always a new
information and knowledge that we have learned together and gained through the learning
process in order to answer the questions and completed it. Moreover, I have acquired a
benefit of being discipline where I have to fight and overcome the laziness to do the work and
many other good things.

Moving on to how I find working in a team, I find it very interesting and enjoyable
where we have sharing on struggling and working hard together for finishing and completing
the assignment. Besides that, I am getting an experience to work in a team and I can operate
well with other members in the group. Furthermore, we are working out together from study
about the subject and doing the assignment together even though we are being apart but still
always keep in touch updating the work and helping other member who cannot figure it out
and we are doing the work together until we have completed it.

The information gathered among the team members is by discussion first which is
through WhatsApp group or Google Meet and then we searching for the information related
with topic of our assignment. Proceed with the discussion with the group member whether
the information related are true or not. After that, the member will share the Canva Link to
other members and all of the group members participate in editing the slide presentation and
the video that need to be submitted. For example, for our group, we are choosing Grab
Company for the video presentation group.

What do I like the best about the project is I can explore the things that I didn’t
experience before and makes me enjoy and exciting in learning and explore the new things.
Overall I like the project in this subject that teach me a lot to makes an improvement for
myself and other students.

Last but not least, the suggestion for improvement for the project is there is no
suggestion for me since through all the time in this semester I am and the group member
completing the project are making a good cooperation and there is no problem because
everyone giving their best in terms of cooperation, understanding, helping and many more.

As for the webinar of the “Recruiting During Pandemic” that are conducted by other
group in my class gives me a knowledge and useful information on this current situation that
are important for me as a student who will entering a new phase of life which is working life
environment. For my opinion, this webinar are giving all the students a benefits and
knowledge for them to improve themselves as an experiences from the expert to use it as a
practices for them in order to entering a working life environment especially in this pandemic
of Covid-19 that are gives a huge impact in the Human Resource Department for the
company and any organization that leads to a new norm of recruiting a new worker.

As a conclusion, overall I am enjoying and exciting in learning this subject because

throughout this semester, the learning process is very interesting, the lecturer are very
friendly, and I loves the vibes of my lecturer which is Dr Ainie which is the charisma, I love
the way she teach me and the class, the teaching methods are very interesting and always
giving a positive vibes and thoughts for all of their students. Besides that, I like the subject
because it is a useful and important information and knowledge that everyone need to learn
and master it and it is usually faced by most of the organizations and it teach me how to adapt
and deal with the changes as a human practitioner. Other than that, this subject teaches me
about the human resources more details and I will use this important knowledge for me to
apply it in the future and in the working life environment. I am very grateful in taking part of
learning this subject that teach me a lot even though we cannot being in the real class but only
in Online Distance Learning but I have gained many information and experiences related
with this subject.
