INTRODUCTION

Fabricate, & supply of cardboard machine springs (long & short) in TP packaging

OBJECTIVE

To fabricate and supply carboard machine springs (long & short), which will replace the damaged
springs in the packaging area

DETAILS: SCOPE OF WORKS

1. It is the responsibility of the contractor on the following:

1.1 Fabricate, & supply of springs for cardboard machine in the packaging area
1.2 spring needs to be fabricated as per the drawing and sample can be provided on
request
1.3 Fabricator must bend sheets where possible instead of welding to comply with quality
standards
1.4 All edges of the cover must have a smoother finish rather than sharp for safety
measures
1.5 Must submit the preliminary cover drawing to NFPC prior to fabrication
1.6 Contractor must visit the site to verify the site condition

2. Testing and commissioning

2.1 Mock-up testing with preliminary design of the springs
2.2 Performance and functional test of the system

3. Notes and Specifications

3.1 Cover material – Carbon steel
3.2 No. of cover– 10 pcs ea.

4. NFPC responsibilities
4.1 To show contractors exact installation locations
4.2 Electrical power supply
