Dear John,
It’s been like ages since we had a get-together. What are you up these days? Speaking
of myself, I’ve got a lot to tell you. For starters, my dream of becoming student has
come true; in fact, this year I’m graduating from university with flying colors. What’s
more, I’m happy to report that I am working a job that I love, that is, teaching English.
By the way, next month I am getting married to the love of my life, Carla. You
remember her, don’t you? The party is going to take place on January 21 and I want
you to be there by my side on this unforgettable day of my life.
What about you? I bet a lot has changed since I saw you for the last time. I want to
know if you managed to be accepted to the university of your dreams. I can still
remember vividly how passionate you were about studying there. How about your love
life? Have you found the one yet? I hope you have.
