6 Working Environment Heat stress, COVID 19 All personnel on barge to wear life jacket at all times, Adequate drinking water
facility (Drink from individual bottles, no bottle/glass sharing-COVID precaution),
frequent rest breaks, only limited manpower in the barge, no overcrowding, safe
distancing policy, COVID 19 awareness through TBT’s, Awareness and compliance
of Bapco COVID protocol and always wear face mask.
7 Demobilization of “A” Frame barge and secure to Freight jetty Damaged rope ,improper communication Bapco certified Operator, Proper PPE, life jacket, make use of proper access
provided. Proper communication to be maintained by using radio/telephone.
Before leaving the work site on completion of work, the area shall be checked for
proper house-keeping, remove all tools etc.
