    During inspections of worker accommodations, several issues were observed and subsequently rectified.     Rectifications Photos
    observation:
    During our worker accommodation
    walkthrough, we have noticed isolation room
    had a partition space which is used as a
    storage room.

    Rectification:
    All items are removed now and shifted
    temporarily to BMDS yard area.

    Observation:
    During worker accommodation walkthrough,
    we have noticed grievance procedure was not
    on the main notice board.

    Rectification:
    Workers grievance procedure poster placed on
    the notice board.

    Observation:
    During worker accommodation walkthrough,
    we have noticed that building emergency
    evacuation plan/layout wasn’t accurate.

    Rectification:
    Emergency evacuation plan provided and
    placed properly.
    Observation:
    During worker accommodation walkthrough,
    we found prayer room didn’t have the Qibla
    direction.

    Rectification:
    Qibla direction signage fixed in the prayer
    room.

    Observation:
    During worker accommodation walkthrough,
    we have found cloths drying lines provided at
    the roof top area wasn’t appropriate, accesses
    and egress weren’t safe.

    Rectification:
    The front cloth drying lines are removed from
    the roof top area.

    Observation:
    During worker accommodation walkthrough,
    we have noticed that there was less lightning
    in the dining hall.

    Rectification:
    Additional lights are provided in the dining
    hall on 4/02/2021.
