    Observation. Contractor (MAH) Action. Remarks

    1) COMMENT: COMMENT: CLOSED – The Action was done Immediately COMMENT - CLOSED.
    The Movable and the Tower Light was removed.
    Tower light not in-
    use shall be
    removed from the
    IWPS & SWWPS
    Area.
    2)GOOD POSITIVE FINDINGS : COMPLIED.
    PRACTICE:
    Safety Permits
    were reviewed
    and found
    available

    3) COMMENT: COMMENT - OPEN.


    The Installed LV
    Box inside the
    Sub-Station shall
    be covered.

    4) COMMENT: COMMENT : COMMENT - OPEN.


    The Sub-Station
    Gates shall be Re-
    Painted as rusting
    at few .

    5) GOOD GOOD PRACTICE and COMMENT: COMMENT - OPEN.


    PRACTICE and

    Switch Racks were
    Covered while the
    LV Distribution
    boards were not
    covered.

    6) GOOD POSITIVE COMMENT: COMPLIED.


    PRACTICE:
    Proper Welfare
    facilities were
    provided –
    Resting Shelter,
    Hand wash
    Station with Soap,
    Drinking Water
    Station, Toilets
    etc., with Health
    awareness boards
    to keep clean
    Hands was
    displayed in
    several
    Languages.

    6) POSITIVE POSITIVE FINDING: COMPLIED.


    FINDINGS:
    Emergency
    Contact Numbers
    were displayed on
    the Safety Bulletin
    Board and at the
    Entrance Security
    Gate at the SWW
    & IWPS area along
    with other safety
    awareness boards
    were displayed
    properly.

    7) Other Positive POSITIVE FINDING: COMPLIED.

    Parking area with
    Mandatory
    Reverse Parking
    boards were
    displayed.

    8) GOOD COMMENT: COMPLIED.

    Warning sign
    Boards,
    Mandatory
    Speed Limit
    boards and
    sign boards
    Requesting to
    keep safety
    were found
    installed.
    It was
    observed that
    all worn out
    sign boards
    were replaced.
