program of San Jose-Litex SHS.

The goal of this project is to embody the aspirations of the Barkada Kontra Droga as the
primary arm of the Drug Abuse Reduction Education program of Department of Education.
It envisions to let the students away from the influence of Drugs inside the school and in
their own community.

Barkada Kontra Droga is a peer group organized to provide and

support school activities that promote awareness and
intervention to drug abuse and its related issues. This group also
supports the projects of the community and its local government
with the same objective. This organization is supported by the
students, teachers, school administrators, barangay council, local
government unit, private institutions and other identified
stakeholders.

The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive and engaging

program that will implement the National Drug Education
Program in San Jose-Litex Senior High School as aligned to the
mandates of Youth Formation and School Health Concern.

This project align itself to the Basic Education Development Plan

2030, with the Intermediate Outcome on Learner`s Resiliency and
Well-being. It aims to empower learner`s of their rights and their
responsibilities inside and outside the school
Objectives
(Specific, 1. To fully establish the Barkada Kontra Droga including the

learner`s discipline and responsibility as one of the stakeholders
