PROBLEM DESCRIPTION Problem 1 The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced an unparalleled degree
of uncertainty and change to the structure, expectations, and
risks of public schooling where it brought significant disruptions
to education across the world. Since learning competencies and
skills were crippled during those hardest times, the school need
to implement learning recovery programs to bridge the gap of
educational learning.

Problem 2 During the pandemic, learners were forced to stay at home and
spend their days on modular instructions whether they like it or
not which led to unstable emotional and cognitive aspects.
