I would like to welcome you to McKinley and Partners. We are very happy that you
have accepted our job offer. Are you ready to meet and bond with your new family? I
would like to welcome you into the Finance Department, where all the staff are going
to help in your seamless integration to our operations.
As mentioned in your interview, I will serve as your mentor, colleague, and partner. I
will ascertain your success in being a successful budget analyst. As my mentor told
me that the most important thing in our work is that we enjoy what we do and are
always eager to learn, I will be advising you the same thing. Treat your job well and it
will reflect on your work.
We are looking forward to seeing you on Monday, December 21, at 8 am for your
formal training and orientation. When you arrive, I will be showing you around, and
the team will meet you. As for our dress code, you are to wear casual clothing.
There is a lot of opportunity here in the finance department. Your meeting agenda for
the first day is to see an overview of your responsibilities, and to have lunch with the
team.
