DAY 1
LinkedIn as a marketing channel

With over 240 million individuals on LinkedIn, it is a great channel to

get the word out about what you do and how it impacts lives.

Like other social media marketing channels, Linkedln is a platform for

social networking. You get to build relationships with people and
connect better with brands.

In the past, LinkedIn has been seen as a job-seeking tool. Well, that is
changing because the platform is now getting more sophisticated to
support marketing rather than just job-seeking services.

Unlike other social media platforms, LinkedIn is a professional

platform as you get to connect with decision-makers of companies
and other professional people.

This also makes it a great place to market what you do.

Manish Kumar 01
Here's how to get started

1.Sign up

To create an account with LinkedIn, you need to sign-up. Here's a

link where you can sign-up and create your profile for yourself or
your business - https://www.linkedin.com

2.Network

Once your account is created, you need to start building your

network. Remember, LinkedIn is a social media platform. Therefore,
it is expected that you should build your network by sending
connections to your target audience.

3.Target audience

As a business owner, who is your target audience? For you to make

an impact on your business using LinkedIn, you need to know your
target audience. Who do you want to read your content and
engage with you?

4.Set a goal

You need to set a goal for yourself while you use the platform. Set
goals based on the kind of results you want to get for your business.

That's exactly how Linkedin can be used as a marketing tool for

your business. The products or services you offer provide solutions
to someone there. So, you need to take the good news out to your
target audience. Use LinkedIn to communicate with them.

Manish Kumar 02
DAY 2
Linkedin Optimization

Once your LinkedIn account is created and your goal is set, the next
step is to optimize your LinkedIn profile.

Optimizing your profile isn't a technical thing to do. It requires more

creativity than technical skills.

LinkedIn Optimization helps in further promoting your business and

boosting sales.

Here are some reasons you should optimize your LinkedIn Profile.

It positions you in the face of your target audience.

It amplifies your effort.
It helps in attracting the right audience you want.
It positions you as a solution to a need.
It shows and tells more about your professional brand.
LinkedIn is a perfect alternative to a resume. So optimizing your
LinkedIn serves as a digital resume for you.

Manish Kumar 03
The benefits of having a well-optimized LinkedIn profile are vast. As
a personal or professional brand, LinkedIn is a perfect place to
begin.

Here's how you can optimize your LinkedIn profile.

1.Display picture

Your display picture is the first impression your audience sees when
they search for you. You would want to make a great first
impression. So, upload only good quality, professional pictures to
your profile.

2.Your Headline

Your headline describes what you do. It is therefore important that

you spend time crafting a creative and attractive headline that
explains what you do.

Do not forget to include keywords in your headline as they lead to

greater publicity.

3.Summary

Your summary is the best place to give your potential clients a

glimpse of who you are, what you do, and how you can help them.

You should also include relevant keywords in your summary and

always keep it up to date.

Manish Kumar 04
An optimized LinkedIn profile is an ideal decision for any
entrepreneur to take. It gives you maximum visibility and makes
your business stand out.

Manish Kumar 04
DAY 3
Marketing Strategy on LinkedIn
For anyone thinking of scaling their business, LinkedIn is a great
tool to use for marketing.

Not only because it is a social media platform but also, it is a

professional platform. Being a professional platform, LinkedIn helps
you connect with the major decision-makers in your niche.

For you to harness the goodness of LinkedIn, it is necessary to map

out a marketing strategy for how you intend to achieve your
business goals using the platform.

Here are three marketing strategies you can adopt for

your business.

1.Certifications

On LinkedIn, other businesses offer similar services or sell similar

Manish Kumar 05
products to yours. The aim here is for you to spy on them and see
what certifications they have.

Certifications are a good way to show your target audience that you
are someone with experience and can deliver on what you promise
to do.

Certification helps set you apart from other competitors. Ensure you
use LinkedIn to spy on your competitors to see what notable
certification you can gain.

And, do not forget to upload your certificate on your license and

certification dashboard on LinkedIn as your target audience will be
on the lookout for such skills.

2.Engagement

As a social media platform, LinkedIn ignites engagement and

interactions. This can be between you and your target audience or
you and others who look up to your brand.

To generate mind-blowing engagement, you should create content

that is worth engaging. Your content should speak to the pain point
of your target audience in a way that they can understand.

You should also use LinkedIn to spy on your competition and see
how they engage their audience.

What type of content do they post?

What posts do they comment on?

Manish Kumar 06
What posts bring the best engagement for them.

3.Mission statement

What is the mission of your brand? What problems do they solve?

How are the problems solved?
What are your core values?

Your mission statement is what will differentiate you on LinkedIn.

Draw up a mission statement for your business and incorporate it
into your LinkedIn marketing strategy.

With the above steps, you draw up a concrete marketing strategy

for your business on LinkedIn

Manish Kumar 07
DAY 4
Effective Call To Action Strategy on LinkedIn
To move your audience to take the next required action, you need
to insert a call to action.

Here's what a call to action does for you:

It helps you guide your audience through the buying journey

and also close sales faster.
It draws the attention of your target audience.
It shows your audience the next step to take.
It helps in motivating visitors to become leads and then buying
customers and even repeat customers.

Don't get it twisted, Call-to-action is a challenging task. Some calls

to action include shop now, buy now, watch now, discover, try, and
start.

When crafting a call to action, you can get creative with the words
you use. Use your words to ignite emotions in the minds and hearts

Manish Kumar 08
of your audience.

To effectively craft a call-to-action for your LinkedIn, you should

consider creating a banner.

A LinkedIn banner is the image that appears at the top of the page
when someone views your profile. It helps in creating brand
awareness, increasing visibility, and making your audience know
who you are and what you do.

A banner can be created using Canva at www.canva.com Never

forget to leave sufficient information that will transit a visitor to a
paying client and a repeat customer.

Manish Kumar 09
DAY 5
Canva: a digital tool for exquisite designs
Canva is a web-based application that allows you to create designs
for your business.

Unlike some other sophisticated design applications, with Canva,

you don't need to have incredible design skills to create beautiful
and mind-blowing designs.

Here are actions that you can do in Canva:

Canva enables you to create designs without the requirement

of prior design skills.
Canva gives you templates that can be customized to suit your
business needs.
With Canva, you create engaging designs that market your
products and services.
Canva is mostly free to use and you can also subscribe to the
pro version for better elements.

Manish Kumar 10
Canva allows for collaboration within a team. You can create a
design and have it looked at and even edited by a team
member.
The automatic save feature of the Canva is what sets it apart
from its competitors.

So, the above things and many more are what you stand for when
you use Canva for your designs.

Now, to market your goods and services better on Linkedin or any

other social media platform, you need to create a banner that draws
the attention of your target audience and makes them know exactly
how you can help them.

To design a quick banner, you can

use canva to get it done. Choose
any template of your choice and
make a few edits to suit your taste,
brand, and business needs.

When creating the banner, do not

forget to include your email ID,
mobile number website, and any
other information that is vital for
easy reach.

Manish Kumar 11
DAY 6
Prospecting the better way
Prospecting is a part of the sales process where you identify
potential clients, build a database of them, and get in touch with
them to convert them into paying clients.

To win the heart of a prospect, you need to do an excellent job in

presenting yourself as a qualified professional.

Three ways you can show up strong include

Through the use of a business portfolio

Through your profile
Through a presentation.

Business portfolio:

A business portfolio is a document that showcases your past work,

present work, and achievements. It is more like a CV or a resume. It

Manish Kumar 12
gives your prospect a heads up on what services you have offeredin
the past and how your skills impacted those companies you work
with.

To design a well crafted business portfolio, signup to canva, choose

a CV or Resume template and customize to suit your need.

Profile

Your social media profile, especially LinkedIn services as proof of

your expertise. Most recruiters will love to engage with your
LinkedIn profile to know how you can be of benefit to their
company.

Presentation

You can make a business presentation to prospects using

PowerPoint or Google slide. Here you mention the services you can
offer and how your services will impact the business.

Manish Kumar 13
DAY 7
Celebrate small wins
Looking back at how far you have implanted strategies to grow
your business, I think you need a pat on the back and someone to
tell you "well done".

The journey of an entrepreneur can be a mixture of blissful,

comforting, uncomfortable, and terrible moments.

One minute you are proud and pumped up for more effort and the
next minute you find yourself down and depressed.

However, you have found a way around it all, and here you are
proud and a conqueror.
You need to celebrate your small wins.

You don't need to wait till you smash all your goals or get that new
contract before you can celebrate your wins.

The little effort of closing a sale, optimizing your LinkedIn profile,

Manish Kumar 14
practicing with Canva, and even prospecting better deserves a
celebration.

You can celebrate all these efforts by

Going out
Spending time with friends
Spending time with your family
Giving yourself a treat
Purchasing a new book

However you want, just make sure you celebrate your small wins.

Manish Kumar 15
DAY 8
Communication channels for business
As a business owner, you probably have people in your team. It is,
therefore, necessary for everyone to keep in touch.

With the rise in remote work, you must have a channel which your
team members use to make reports and also stay updated with the
recent happenings in the company.

Two communication channels every business owner

should have:

Email ID:

Every business owner should create a business email ID for

themselves and their team members.
The email ID doesn't have to be sophisticated or a paid one. A
simple email ID with your company name will go a long way.

Manish Kumar 16
Eg Manish.insightsDNA@gmail.com

G-suite:

G-suite is a communication channel that every business in the

digital age must-have. Once you have a Google mail ID, you are
signed in for your G-suite account.

G-suite allows for productivity and collaboration between team

members.

G-suite packages include Google mail, drive, sheet, calendar, slides,

forms, Hang out, meet, forms, site, and keep.

They all enhance productivity and collaboration between

teammates.

Manish Kumar 17
DAY 9
Build your business using G-suite
G-suite which is owned and marketed by google is a collection of
productivity, cloud computing, and collaboration tools which can
be used by the organization to push their business further.

Most of the services offered here are free. You pay nothing to
access them all you need is to sign up to Google. Although the
name G-suite is outdated now as it has been rebranded to google
workspace.

Google workspace comprises different applications. They

include.

Gmail
Chat
Meet
Google docs
Slides
Drive

Manish Kumar 18
Calendar
Forms
Site for collaboration

Let's look at the use and advantage of each of these in

your business

1.Gmail:

Gmail is a free email service that allows you to send and receive
emails from anyone, block spam and try out other email tasks.

By signing into Gmail, you automatically get a google account

which can be used for other tasks. The filters and labeling of Gmail
are topnotch. You can also send an instant message rather than an
email.

2.Google chat:

This works for computer browsers, android, and also IOS. In google
chat, you can start a conversation with one or more of your
contacts. If you are conversant with slack, you will also find google
chat interesting.

Creation of rooms is possible and you can even incorporate a bot to

make chatting easy and less tedious.

3.Google meet:

Just like zoom, Google meet allows for video conferencing. With
google meet, a URL is created and distributed to all participants

Manish Kumar 19
who will be able to join in once the call starts. One of the
advantages of Google meet is that there isn't a time limit on the call.
There isn't any time limit on the call.

4.Google docs, slides, and sheet:

Google docs is a word processor package that makes writing easy.

Just like Microsoft Word, with Google docs, you can write your docs
and save them.

Google slides is a presentation tool. It allows you to create beautiful

slides that can enhance your presentation.

Google sheet works just like excel. With Google Sheets, you can
carry out basic arithmetic that can boost your business.

Manish Kumar 20
DAY 10-12
How to get credibility in your niche
Getting credibility in your niche is a must-do for every business-
oriented individual. This is so because credibility is the foundation
of trust and trust is an essential ingredient that must exist between a
business and its customers.

Trust impacts business positively. Getting credibility isn't as difficult

as it looks.

You can build a solid business profile and get credibility by getting
certifications, badges, and taking courses, and many other ways.

Before pitching your products or services to a customer, you must

have some or all the above-listed things to back up your claim and
to prove that you are an expert in your niche who could bring in
huge profits for them.

Here's how to go about it-

Manish Kumar 21
1.Type in your search query into Google and wait for results.
Examples include, certification courses for data science,
certification courses for web development, certification courses for
graphics design. Whatever your niche, make use of Google to find
certification courses on it.

2.There will be millions of results. Now, it's time to get picky. Choose
courses from recognized bodies e.g. Udemy, LinkedIn, Coursera,
Google, Edx, and other reputable institutions.

3.Avoid signing up for courses with unrecognized bodies.

Remember, the aim is to build credibility.

4.Begin your course and ensure you complete it.

Beginning a course is one thing, completing a course and getting
certified is another thing. You should aim to complete your course.

Benefits of completing courses and getting certified

With a certificate from a reputable institution:

1. You improve your promotion prospects

2. You boost your networking potential
3. You boost your confidence
4. You learn more and keep up with trends
5. You are better equipped to pitch to high-paying clients.

Manish Kumar 22
DAY 13-15
Target prospecting with LinkedIn
Target prospecting is the game-changer of every business and it
isn't a difficult thing to do when you have the right tools.

I guess you have heard from a lot of people about the million-dollar
social media channel, LinkedIn.

Well, LinkedIn has the power to favor your business if you have the
know-how. It is a goldmine for any business owner.

One thing to keep in mind as we move on is that LinkedIn isn't just a

marketing tool. It is a social media channel and as such, relationship
building is paramount.

6 steps involved in target prospecting on Linkedin

1.Signup:

Manish Kumar 23
For you to have access to LinkedIn, you need to signup and create
an account. Signup using this link www.Linkedin.com

2.Targeting using filters:

After signup, next, you need to optimize your LinkedIn profile. Your
profile should showcase what you do.
Showcase what you do and should also provide value to your target
audience.

Enroll for certification courses and upload your certificates on

LinkedIn. Next, using a LinkedIn filter, target your customer
personas. Are your customer personas doctors in the USA for
example?

Use the Linkedin filter to streamline your search to only your

customer personas. After doing it, make a list.

3.Profile research:

It's time to do research on every profile from your list. Go through

every profile and check if they resonate with what your business
could be looking for.

If it does, kudos!! Get them ticked.

If it doesn't, push it aside and keep searching.
The goal is to get 500-1000 target prospects.

4.Connection roadmap:

Right after hitting your goal of 500-1000 target prospects, you need

Manish Kumar 24
to set a roadmap of how you are going to send a connection
request every day.
Split it up.
It could be 10 or 50 per day. Just do what works for you.To send 3

5.Personalized message:

To send a personalized message to your target prospect, you will

need to use Grammarly to edit your message. Grammarly ensures
that your messages are free of grammar and spelling errors.

Your message should be personalized for each prospect and

should speak to them to make them willing and eager to connect
with you.

6.Track:
It's time to track your progress so far. Track the repose obtained
using google sheet.

There you have it, 6 steps to target your customer persona on

Linkedin.

Manish Kumar 25
DAY 16
It’s time to take action
To achieve your desired outcome, you must take action.

Take action by using three different apps: Google Sheets,

Grammarly, and your favourite social media site, LinkedIn.

Here are a few benefits of using the Grammarly app and Google
Sheets before getting into the specifics.

Benefits of Grammarly application:

1. Free
2. Easy to use
3. Improves your vocabulary
4. Provides you with a lot of options, for example: altering
sentences to fit your purpose and alternative vocabulary.

Did you know that when you write on LinkedIn, Grammarly

customizes its suggestions to a business audience? Grammarly

Manish Kumar 26
checks your writing style and grammar to ensure it's business-
appropriate before sending it to a CEO.

Benefits of Google Sheets:

1. You can easily share documents with your whole team.

2. Shared files can be accessed by friends, colleagues, and clients.
3. You can allow them to edit, modify, or simply view the sheets.
4. Shared sheets allow for easy collaboration by adding comments
and suggestions to enhance the teamwork experience.

How do Google sheets and LinkedIn integration

work?

Step 1: Log in to Google Sheets and LinkedIn.

Step 2: Select one of the apps to serve as a trigger for your
automation.
Step 3: Select an outcome action from the other app.
Step 4: Choose the data you want to transfer from one app to
another.

That's all! More time to devote to other projects.

Manish Kumar 28
Now, how to take action using these 3 apps
together?

1. Begin with a convincing subject line

2. Use information from the prospect's profile to help you with
your track
3. Seek out areas of interest that your prospects have in common
4. Give your linkedin message a touch of personality
5. Before you send an email, be sure to let your recipients know
6. Your linkedin message should be brief and to the point
7. Give your prospect a reason to reply
8. Build curiosity in your prospects
9. Keep track of and follow up with your prospects.

In summary, you must use the Grammarly app to write a convincing

personalised message to your target prospects, which you have
already researched on LinkedIn during the first week of the
programme, And you must begin tracking all connection requests
in a Google sheet to see how they are responding to your
behaviour.

There you have it, folks! It’s time to get to work!

Manish Kumar 28
DAY 17
Lead management system using Google sheet

Lead management is the systematic process of qualifying,

analysing, and nurturing incoming leads in order to convert them
into new business opportunities.

Few benefits of a Lead management system are:

1.One place to collect all leads -

Leads are captured from all sources, including social media,

websites, missed calls, email, and chats. Ensuring that there is no
lead leakage at all.

2.Distribution of leads automatically -

Leads can be assigned to sales teams within 3 seconds, based on

predefined distribution rules such as language and city, and

Manish Kumar 30
notified via SMS and Email.

3.Notifications & Reminders sent automatically -

Notifications for Approvals, Follow Ups, and Pre-Planned Activities

are sent internally and externally to remind you to complete your
sales process as quickly as possible.

4.Learn how to identify your best-performing

marketing campaigns -

You should be aware of your top five most profitable campaigns.

Identify which ads are delivering the best results by analysing
campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.

5.Management of activities -

In conjunction with Lead Management Software, you can keep tabs

on your staff's daily activities and their performance.

Moreover, you've already tracked the target prospect's progress in

Google Sheets yesterday.
You can now begin tracking the performance of each and every
connection in order to create follow-up campaigns.

First, you'll need to capture their basic profile information when you
send them the request. They can be a person's name and email
address or a company's problems or any other problem you can
solve.

After all of this, you'll be able to launch your campaign too.

Manish Kumar 31
DAY 18
Pricing Strategy through Canva
Congrats! Creating connections is something you do exceptionally
well.

Make sure to spend at least 15-30 minutes a day on your Google

Sheets-based lead management system.

Now, it’s time to create a pricing framework using Canva.

What is Canva?

Canva is a graphic design tool that simplifies the process of creating

custom graphics for websites and other media. In addition to
enhancing your social media content, you can also use it to create
presentations, invitations, posters and other printed materials such
as business cards and brochures.

Manish Kumar 32
Benefits of Canva:

1. Tons of awesome features (images, fonts, templates, stickers

and animation)
2. You can download it for free
3. Resizing is easy
4. Keep yourself organised
5. Create a Brand Kit for your company

Why Do You Require a Pricing Strategy?

We'll start with the basics: why a pricing strategy is critical to you
and your customer's long-term success.

One of the most effective growth levers available is an effective

pricing strategy, which allows you to lay the groundwork for better
customer acquisition and long-term retention.

Using Canva to Create Your Pricing Page

You have to put numbers on a page at some point. However,

designing a pricing page entails far more than that.

You must present the

appropriate information
without overwhelming potential
customers, As well as demonstrate
the clear growth of their company
through your value metric, so that
when the time comes for them to
upgrade, they know exactly what
they are getting.

Manish Kumar 33
Canva can help you with all of this. You can use various templates,
designs, fonts, and other features to attract target prospects with
whom you have previously connected

Last step

Afterwards, this pricing profile can then be sent to connections who

have accepted your request based on the personalised message
you sent them earlier.

Moreover, knowing what sales are about to happen and what sales
are coming up in the future is very important.

Ensure that you aren't spammy and salesy.

Manish Kumar 34
DAY 19
Engagement with accepted connections
"Can I still build my business?" is the number one question I hear
from professionals.

It's a mixed bag, but the answer is "sort of yes".

Sales will come when the time is right. Now is the time to build
relationships, show real empathy, and be a resource.

So, then the next question I am hearing is, how do I do that?

After explaining why engagement is important, I'll give you a few

pointers on how to increase engagement on your profile. Don’t
worry!

Why is the rate of engagement important?

Basically, it tells you how well people are interacting with the

Manish Kumar 35
LinkedIn content you have created. If people find your content to
be interesting, resonant, and engaging, your engagement rate will
be high.

A few tips for engaging with your LinkedIn

Connections:

1.Ensure your profile is complete –

People can only establish trust 1and relationships with you if they
can get a sense of who you are. Verify that your profile is complete
from top to bottom before you submit it.

Also, I've created a campaign for optimizing your LinkedIn profile.

Check here!

2.Consider inviting people you've met, those in your

industry or field of study, or those with whom you
share a common connection! –

Connections, personal branding, and business opportunities are

the premise of LinkedIn.

The more like-minded people you know, the more likely your
content will be seen, and the more likely your business
relationships will progress as a result of your connections.

Warning! Consider your connections carefully!

3.Send a personal message to connect with

someone –

Manish Kumar 36
In LinkedIn, you can send a pre-written message to potential
connections to let them know that you'd like to connect. In order to
make your request unique, include a personal note, such as where
you met, the nature of your project, or some other relevant
information.

4.Post content that is relevant to your audience –

This will help you establish yourself as a thought leader and active
contributor to your industry by creating relevant content on your
own or in a group. Engagement in your posts can help you make
new connections.

5.Other people's content can be liked, commented

on, and shared -

Because your comments and shares are of high quality,

your profile becomes more visible and more potential
connections are made as a result of your participation in
other people's content.

Keep in touch with your contacts – Make sure to check your

contacts on a regular basis.

Send your recommendations - Take the time to thoughtfully

write recommendations for those with whom you enjoy doing
business.
Endorsement of skills - Encourage your contacts to share their
skills and expertise – you may receive some in return.
Make introductions – By connecting colleagues, are you able to

Manish Kumar 37
add value? LinkedIn exists, for this reason, so let's make sure we use
it!
Send them a message - Messaging via LinkedIn is a great way to
send more detailed information. Remember, LinkedIn
messaging is not the place for the hard sell and feature sheet
(email is preferable). As a result of the free gift, the dialogue and
relationship may be strengthened.
Groups - Offer advice and expertise in group discussions or start
a discussion on an interesting topic to get others talking. It's not
appropriate to advertise your services or those of your employer
on group discussion boards, and you run the risk of being
removed from a group if you do so.

You'll be able to sell your goods or services after all of this to your
target prospects. Moreover, the next campaign you want to start or
run can be started or run via an online DM.

As a general rule, you should spend at least one hour each day
sending out connection requests with a personalized message to
your target prospects.

However, one hour for target prospects and 15-30 minutes for lead
management system metrics monitoring is required daily.

That's it for now! You'll have more time to do other things.

Manish Kumar 42
DAY 21
Invoice management system
An invoice management system is an online internal business
system that manages vendor and supplier invoice documents.

What Is the Purpose of an Invoice?

1. Tax records
2. Bookkeeping
3. Legal protection
4. Tracking inventory
5. Marketing

Benefits of the Invoice management system:

1.It enables online invoice payments:

An invoice management system allows businesses to accept

customer payments on open invoices directly through their web

Manish Kumar 43
store. Customers can even pay multiple outstanding
invoices at once online.

2.It simplifies things:

Having an invoice management system provides more advantages

than simply allowing customers to pay online. Consider how
frequently your customers must contact you by phone or email to
obtain documents. With this system, you can provide customers
with online access to documentation, past invoices, receipts, and
attachments - online, 24/7.

3.It helps in increasing cash flow:

It can be difficult for SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) to

forecast their cash flow throughout the month as they manage
payroll, accounts payable, and other business expenses. An invoice
management system aids in automating and streamlining the entire
process, ensuring that cash flow remains positive.

The latest invoicing software ZOHO

Modern invoicing software products, such as Zoho, allow you to

automate, speed up, and manage the invoicing process, ensuring
that you are paid on time.

Automated payment reminders will be sent to the customer

3.Received payment on time:

On-time payment can be achieved through a simple payment

process. Your customers should be able to choose from a variety of
payment options to make their payments securely.

Multiple payment gateways can be enabled

Cards, UPI, Net Banking and cash are all acceptable payment
methods

Manish Kumar 45
Automate the collection of recurring payments
Automated payment reminders will be sent to the customer

Reminder: You should continue to build relationships with your

target prospects and engage them in discussions and conversions
on a variety of topics. Assure them that they will recall your name. A
high engagement rate is required to make this happen.
After all, it's all about visibility, folks!

Manish Kumar 46
DAY 22
It’s time for a celebration!
Hooray! You've already finished 21 days of work on LinkedIn! That
is massive! Congratulations folks!

“Twinkle lights are the perfect metaphor for joy. Joy is not a constant.
It comes to us in moments – often ordinary moments. I believe a
joyful life is made up of joyful moments gracefully strung together by
trust, gratitude, inspiration, and faith.” – Brene Brown

Celebrate small victories as a

means of tracking progress toward
larger goals. Plus, it makes you
feel better more often than other
things do.

Manish Kumar 47
How should you celebrate?

1. Get a small present for yourself

2. Food, snacks, and coffee
3. Pray and be grateful
4. Do something that you love and enjoy
5. Going out
6. Spending time with your friends and family

My friend, the more you celebrate your victories, the more victories
you will have in your career.

What have you actually accomplished in the past 21

days?

Just keeping track of your efforts:

1. Sent connections to the target prospects on LinkedIn

2. Engaged with the connections so they don't think we're being
too salesy or spammy
3. Started working on a lead management system
Signed up for the invoicing platform.

Always remember that you are absolutely unique! Go and celebrate

your 21-day efforts today!

Manish Kumar 48
DAY 23
Working of the lead management system
Remember how you installed the lead management system using
Google Sheets on the 17th day? Since then, you've kept track of it.
Today, you have to do the same in more detail.

You must check how many people accepted your request and how
many rejected it.

Why Is Rejection Actually Good for You?

1. Chance to regroup and refocus

2. A way to get back on track
3. You're putting yourself out there, regardless of the result.
Always a plus
4. Remember that disappointments add to the sweetness of joys

Manish Kumar 49
On LinkedIn, you have connections and not friends. It is important
that you create a network and be inclusive – not exclusive. Having a
social media platform where you manage and nurture your valuable
connections is every marketer’s dream.

Why might your LinkedIn profile be being ignored?

1. You’re not sending a personalized message

2. Inadequate spelling, punctuation, and capitalization
3. Significant information is missing from your profile
4. You spelled their name incorrectly
5. You're attempting to sell something

In spite of your best efforts, some people will never accept your
request to connect on LinkedIn. Don't take it personally if someone
declines your request because of different outlooks among
LinkedIn users. If the tips above do not help you breakthrough, it is
likely that the prospect or recruiter does not see the value in
connecting with you.

Understanding pain point

The problem persists over time (e.g., one that occurs with a product
or a service) and causes customers to become frustrated or angry.

The following are four ways to identify customer pain points before
it's too late if you want your product or service to be trendy and
successful:

Manish Kumar 50
1. Ask the right questions when you survey your customers
2. Start a conversation with your sales team
3. Take a look at reviews
4. Check out who your competitors are

How can you show your customers that you

understand their pain points?

Here are some effective ways of doing so:

1.Customize your solution to their needs and situation - Give them a

solution that addresses their specific concerns. Mention the
person's name, the company's name, and any specific concepts or
phrases they used to describe their pain points in your email
message. These should be rephrased and incorporated into your
proposal.

2.Emphasize that solving this pain will help your prospects do their
jobs better - To motivate them to act quickly, you can take
advantage of their pain points and show them how their lives will be
made easier once they've been resolved.

3.This pain can be relieved by your solution - Your solution should

clearly address the current problems. Here, use social proof to show
how your customers have saved X amount of time by using your
product.

Overall, your ability to identify and resolve customer pain points will
put you ahead of the competition.

Manish Kumar 51
DAY 24-25
Time to take action again
Yesterday, we hoped you understood what a customer's pain point
is and why rejection is important for a business's success.

It is now time to take action on LinkedIn. Making a strategy or a

proper roadmap will help you handle these challenges.

How to solve customer’s issues on LinkedIn?

1.To begin, identify the issue - Solve a problem that the customer
considers to be of low priority or insignificant. By asking the right
questions and observing, you can identify the right problem.

2.Analyze the situation - How frequently does the problem occur?

How bad is it? Is there anything unusual going on at the time it
happens? What could be the root causes of the problem?

3.Determine the decision criteria - When the time comes for you and

Manish Kumar 52
the customer to make a decision, how will you do so? How are you
going to weigh the criteria? Can you think of any independent
standards that could be used?

3.Create a number of solutions - Don't settle for the first solution that
you or others come up with. It could be good, but there could be
much better options. Consider alternative scenarios. Analyze the
pros and cons of each option as objectively as possible.

4.Decide on the best solution for your needs - For this step, use the
criteria you developed in the third step to select the best solution.
Assemble a team of people who can help you implement your
solution. Prepare for contingencies by putting together a plan.

When you solve problems systematically, you save time, get better
results, and boost your credibility with the customer and the
perceived value of what you've done.

You can also search for other alternatives to learn how other people
solved their problems and challenges. You can also find references
by watching videos on YouTube. In addition, you can ask seniors
for help if you need it. Ensure that you ask!

Why is ‘Asking’ an important metric?

1. Helps in the finding of our identity

2. Helps us grow
3. Assists us in comprehending a goal'
4. Helps to promote honesty
5. Assists those around us in questioning and discovering what
they know

Manish Kumar 53
A normal and necessary part of life is asking questions. Our thirst for
knowledge can only be quenched by questioning what we know
and don't know.

However, if you want to avoid problems in the future, invest some

time today in understanding the problem and finding a solution.
Searching for information on Google and watching youtube videos
can be extremely helpful to you in this process.

Manish Kumar 54
DAY 26
Creating a roadmap for an issue
Yesterday, you worked or spent the majority of your time identifying
and resolving customer pain points on LinkedIn.

I want you to write down the pain points in the Google sheet and
work on them in detail today. Create a roadmap for better solutions
if you have issues with any of the days.

Benefits of roadmap

A personal roadmap has four major advantages:

1. It helps people become more aware of themselves

2. It provides a framework for success as well as a true north to
strive for
3. Using it, you can determine which skills and resources you will
need to achieve your goals
4. When you're on the road, it's easier to ask for help

Manish Kumar 55
How to create a roadmap?

1. Create a strategy and a vision for your business

2. Define your target audience
3. Choose an appropriate format
4. Select the metrics and tailor them to the specific features
5. Utilize roadmap-specific tools
6. Maintain high-level and up-to-date information

Stepwise roadmaps guide you and your product to successful

outcomes in the long run.

Manish Kumar 56
DAY 27
Performance tracker in a google sheet
Today is the day when you must track your progress in Google
Sheets before and after optimization.

Here I'll walk you through the steps of optimising your LinkedIn
profile once again.

How to optimize your LinkedIn profile?

1.The cover image must be updated -

The cover image is one of the first things that attract the attention of
your visitors and piques their interest in learning more about your
company.

As a result, your cover image must be visually appealing in order to

leave an impression on visitors' minds about your company's vision,
mission, and culture.

Manish Kumar 57
2.Company Description should be optimized -

By displaying outdated information in your company's description,

you don't want to scare away potential customers. Nobody cares
about the award or recognition that your company received five
years ago.

Individuals are interested in knowing where your company stands

today and what it has accomplished in the last few years. If you
want to build credibility with your audience, keep your LinkedIn
company page's description up-to-date with the latest recognitions
and accomplishments.

3.Selecting the appropriate CTA button -

Immediately below the company name and tagline is a button that

prompts the user to take immediate action. There are five different
CTA options available on LinkedIn - Learn more, Register, Sign up,
Visit the website, and Contact us.

What you want your page visitors to do next if they want to engage
is what determines the right CTA. For example, the perfect CTA
button for a service-based or consulting agency would be "View
website" or "Contact us".

Similarly, "Sign up" is the right CTA button to add to the page for a
SaaS-based company.

4.Locations of the company can be added -

Verify that each location of your company is listed on your company

Manish Kumar 58
page. If you have offices in multiple locations, you must list them all
on your LinkedIn company page if you want to be found by
potential customers.

5.Take control of the company page's URL -

Users can easily share custom URLs because they are short and
memorable. As a result of SEO optimization, search engine result
pages will appear more prominently.

To create a custom URL for your page, go to the Admin Tools, select
‘Edit public URL’ from the dropdown menu, enter your desired URL
in the blank space and click the ‘Save changes’ button.

6.Hashtags for the community can be added here -

According to LinkedIn, you are allowed to add up to three hashtags

that are related to your business or network. In addition, by adding
these hashtags, you will be able to view and interact with trending
posts from your company page, which will help you increase your
page's visibility and gain more followers.

This time, it's your turn to make the necessary changes on your
LinkedIn company page so that you can increase your organic
reach and engagement.

Examine your performance in Google Sheets before and after

optimization; the results will surprise you. Optimization is essential
to getting the most from yourself.

However, you must monitor your performance on a daily basis in

order to identify and resolve any problems that may arise.

Manish Kumar 59
For example, if there is a problem with the lead management
system, you must work on improving the content. As a result, your
performance will improve.

Only the difference between before and after optimization is

required to determine the effectiveness of the process. Gradually,
the number of connections will grow, and people will begin to
appreciate your content more and more.

To keep your business on the right track, you must optimize.

Manish Kumar 60
DAY 28
It’s time to create a small team
Most people have already received positive responses from target
prospects, and 30-40 percent are on the verge of closing a deal,
whether they are in the service or product industries.

Now it's time to arrange a small group of people who will help you
complete your tasks. Use a freelancing platform to hire freelancers
or gig workers.

Benefits of hiring gig/ freelance workers

1. Flexible
2. Independence
3. Compensation
4. Innovative
5. Versatile domain
6. Global opportunity

Manish Kumar 61
It's correct to conclude that freelancers are the building blocks of
organizations’ current and future hiring processes. Since
freelancers have advanced skills, organizations are able to reap the
rewards in terms of increased profits. Independent contractors can
look forward to a stable and flexible career path.

Now, why should you use freelancing platforms?

1. Encourage a merit-based system of government

2. Offer a work-life balance to your employees
3. On-demand talent hiring
4. Reduce costs
5. You can find talent virtually anywhere
6. Attract the attention of millennials

Examples of freelance platforms you can use to hire

freelancers or gig workers:

1.Fiverr-

In order to find the best talent for their projects, employers can use
this tool.

Workers with marketing or brand-building skills can be found

and hired through this platform.
It's easy to hire quality freelancers for your project because you
can review all of their reviews.
By screening out unqualified candidates, you can ensure that
you are getting quality work for the money you spend.
It also protects employers' private and financial data while
giving them the assurance that payments will be processed
securely.

Manish Kumar 62
Employers and workers can also communicate securely via a
private chat channel.
A few of Fiverr's most notable features include support for
multiple currencies, secure payment gateways, a variety of job
categories, and learning new skills.

2.Upwork-

Site with the largest number of employers and candidates, as well

as the most extensive coverage.

In addition to a powerful search engine, the site allows

employers to search for qualified and skilled workers.
Aside from that, both parties are protected from scams and
fraud thanks to Upwork's strict standards and procedures,
which help to ensure the integrity of all business transactions.

that facilitates seamless communication between employers
and workers.
It allows you to send and receive files, as well as communicate
via text and video.
For iOS and Android devices, employers can use Upwork's
mobile apps to review and pay freelancers on the go.
Invoicing and reporting, a work diary, global payments, chat
scheduling, and feedback sharing are among the main features.

3.Freelancer.com-

There are more than 25 million users on Freelancer.com, which is a

crowdsourcing marketplace.

Website design, data entry, social media marketing, content

writing, and more are just a few of the projects that

Manish Kumar 63
entrepreneurs and business owners can easily find qualified talent.
To ensure that their employees are working during billable
hours, employers can keep a close eye on their new hires
through this site.
To keep freelancers informed about project needs, they can
easily communicate with them via the web or mobile app.
Employers can search the site for qualified freelancers, contact
them via chat, or make a direct offer to those who meet their
criteria.
A talent pool of highly skilled workers is available to employers
through the Preferred Freelancer Program.
When project milestones are met, employers can pay
freelancers.
On this platform, all electronic and card payments are fully
secure.
Invoicing, time tracking, job sample viewing, and contest
posting is among the most popular features.

Few other platforms are Envato Studio, PeoplePerHour, P.E. For Hire

Use these platforms to form your own small team!

Manish Kumar 64
DAY 29
Sign up to an online document signatory
platform
We hope you have begun interviewing all of the freelancers and gig
workers who will assist you or support you in completing the task.

Make sure you invest significant time in building the team from day
one; only then will you be able to deliver multiple projects with high
quality and, of course, on time.

Lastly, you must register with an online document signing platform

so that you can sign all of the documents online.

What exactly is an electronic signature?

An electronic signature is a data format that can be used to execute

signatures on electronic documents or records. As with the wet-ink
signature, this type of signature has the same validity as the
electronic signature.

Manish Kumar 65
Benefits of E- signature for your business

1. Decisions are implemented more quickly

2. Increase your productivity
3. Online signing allows you to save your most valuable resource –
time
4. Conserving office space
5. Spend less money
6. Wet-ink signatures are less legally defensible than electronic
signatures
7. Reduce risks and ensure the security of your document flow
8. Enhance the customer experience
9. Ensure that you are in compliance with the relevant regulatory
bodies
10. Increasing organizations’ eco- and tech-credentials

Electronic signatures do not compel or impose changes to your

company's operations. Many e-sign solutions integrate with
commonly used business tools, such as PDF, Google Docs,
Salesforce, Dropbox, Microsoft Word, and others.

As a result, you have no r

eason not to invest in one.
The benefits of electronic
signature software are
immeasurable. Every
organization, administration,
or company will find unique
benefits based on their
needs and the system's
ability to adapt to them.

Manish Kumar 66
The Top 8 eSignature Apps

1. DocuSign is designed for businesses that need to sign a lot of

documents
2. HelloSign for cloud storage integration
3. On a Mac, use Preview to sign documents on occasion

5. eSignatures.io is a pay-as-you-go service
6. Docsketch/SignWell for a plan that is available for free in
perpetuity
