1.0 Scope
Applicable to Packing of .

2.0 Responsibility

1. Packing Assistant.

2. Packing In-Charge.

3.0 Instructions

1. Check the part number, material and quantity with respect to tag.
2. If any detail is not available, inform to concerned personnel and shall not proceed
for the next process until the clarification / notice from concerned personnel is
received.
3. Select the correct size Plastic bags and Cardboard Bones for the respective
part numbers.
4. Use hand gloves at the time of packing or make your hands free from
wetness.
5. Place the rings in the respective poly bags and seal the bags.
6. Use silica gel for each mild steel ring packing.
7. Cover the rings using carton boxes.
8. Label the carton box with part number and material.
9. After packing, check the quantity as per packing list / invoice.
10. Place the rings in wooden case and then dispatch to the relevant customers.
11. Before packing check with purchase order any special instruction given for
packing.
