• Event Opening hours are: Daily from 4 PM to
12 midnight.
• Children aged under three (3) years old,
senior citizens over the age of sixty (60) years
old, and holders of People of Determination
ID cards and one companion, will enter
Sheikh Zayed Festival free of charge.
• Entry Ticket must be presented at the entry of
Sheikh Zayed Festival Event.
• Each Entry Ticket will only be valid for one
person only in the day they are used with no
right for re-use or re-entry.
• This Entry Ticket will be voided if the code
has already been scanned or altered in any
way.
• The Entry Tickets purchased at the sales
booths can be used only during the day they
were purchase. Tickets will become voided
afterwards.
• Sheikh Zayed Festival will not, under any
circumstances, refund the cost of any sold
Entry Tickets.
• Entry Tickets are: (i) not for resale or
exchange, (ii) non-transferable, and (iii) non-
refundable. Attempts to duplicate or reprint
an Entry Tickets is legally prohibited,
offenders will be subject to criminal and civil
liabilities.
• Entry Ticket’s Terms and Conditions are
governed by the applicable Laws of the
United Arab Emirates.
