Lungog, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, covered by Original Certificate of
Title No. P-42826 with an area measuring ONE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED AND NINETEEN (1,219 sq.m.) SQUARE
METERS, more or less;

2. That the said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated
by any person or group;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
