Remarks

Ms. Javellana visited the office

thinking that the Bureau handles
complaints with regards to insurance
companies. BLGF XI Legal Section
assisted Ms. Javellana in reaching
out to the office of CDA and PIC.
Drafted, finalized, and sent
communication letter to MT Baganga
to determine veracity of the allegation
against her.

The LGU have already submitted

their QRRPA online however, the
system did not reflect their submitted
report. BLGF XI Assessment Section
coordinated with both CASSO Davao
and BLGF CO LAOD and LFDAD to
resolve the issue.

Assited the PAs in dissemination of

the soft copy of the survey to fast
track data gathering in accomplishing
the online survey forms.

CASSO Digos City sought help from

BLGF XI Assessment Section
relative to their on going case with
NFA. BLGF XI Assessment Section
assisted CASSO Digos City by
providing jurisprudence, petitions,
circulars relative to the case at bar.

Visited the Office of the Municipal

Mayor of Malalag, Davao del Sur,
together with the Provincial Assessor
to discuss matters concerning the
appointment/designation of an OIC or
full fledge Municipal Assessor
considering such position is
mandatory base on the LGC and
CSC rules.
