Sub:- Estimate for Floor reparing of ground floor and garage

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that on the basis of verbal discussion with Mr Supriyo
Bandopadhyay and Mrs Choudhury the executives of the building Association that
we are providing this estimate. These are the conditions which are mentioned
below :-

1. Repairing and patch working of the the entire of building outside, back portion to
be newly made by chipping and cementing apart from that walls of the entire
building to be repaired.

2. One coat of Floor painting to be done accordingly by Dulux floor paint.

3. Net amount to be paid for repairing is Rs 50,000 ( Rupees Fifty thousand only)

4. For floor painting net amount to be paid is Rs 20,000(Rupees Twenty thousand

only). No negotiations.

Terms of payment :-
50 % payment is to be made in advance and rest of the amount to be paid on work -
in - progress. Kindly accept it and reply to it as prompt as possible.
