Sub:- Estimate for Repairing and Painting.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that on the basis of verbal discussion with Mr

Satyabrata Ganguly and Mr Shivoram Khetua Secretaries of the Co-operative
Association that we are providing this estimate. These are the conditions which are
mentioned below :-

1. Repairing and patch plastering of caretaraker room, lift room, rooftop water tank,
roof walls, outside walls of the the entire building repairing to be done where
neccesary. Ground floor flooring to be repaired where neccesary. Building outside,
apart from that walls of the entire building to be repaired.

2. Cleaning and washing of whole building to be done accordingly. Newly repaired

part to be mended with White wall putty and damp proof chemical to be used where
necessary. Lift room ,caretaker room, roof tank repairing and damp proofing
chemical Sika or Dr Fixit to be done where necessary.

3.Painting for exterior walls of the entire building. Pre coating to be done with one
coat of Dulux Acrylic Exterior primer. Two coats of Dulux Weathershield Protect with
colour, outside border of the entire building to be performed with Dulux
Weathershield Protect dark colour as per your choice.

4.Special iron colour of Berger Luxol Hi Gloss or Dulux Gloss enamel black or other
colour of one coat enamel to be painted of buildings for entire outside grills ,
common main gate, outside windows,outside staircase grill , rooftop gate, garage
space to be completed accordingly. Any Individual outside grills and windows to be
painted by the flatowners.

5. Garage space owners numbering painting to be done accordingly. Apart from that
building name that is Hira Niketan to be painted accordingly.

6. Entire labour risk during work to be borne by the company. Two years warranty
to be provided for Dulux Weathershield Protect.

7. Duration of work will be taken two months approximately.

8.Net amount to be paid for building is Rs 4,10,000 ( Rupees Four Lakh ten thousand
only).

Terms of payment :-

50 % payment is to be made in advance and rest of the amount to be paid on work -

in - progress. Payment to be done cash. If other than cash i.e., cheque in the name of
the company then 18% GST will be charged. You will get proper bill for that.

N. B.

1. Raised Nickel plating of Hira Niketan to be done at actuals.

2.If you paint with Dulux Weathershield Max then there will be five years guarantee
and extra charges to be paid Rs 48,000.
