Sub:- Estimate for Painting and Repairing

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we are providing this estimate. These are the
conditions which are mentioned below :-

1. Repairing and patch work of the building of outside boundary wall, roof apart
from that plain cementing to be provided accordingly.

2. Cleaning to be done accordingly. Minor cracks to be mended with White wall

putty. Painting for exterior walls of the building. Pre coating to be done with one
coat of Dulux Acrylic Exterior primer.

3. Two coats of Dulux Weathershield max ( featuring property unique dirt resistance
and washability. Rich soft sheen with smooth finish, pure acrylic emulsion enhanced
with powerful anti-fungal additives for extended durability ) .Outside border of the
buildings to be performed with Berger Weathercoat Smooth or Dulux weathershield
colour as per your choice.

4. Special iron colour of Berger Luxol Hi Gloss enamel black of one coat to be painted
of building for common gates, common outside windows, common main gates,
staircase grill and rooftop gates, veranda etc.

5. Staircase wall to be painted with white colour cement based putty. Pump room,
roof tank, meter room, roof inside walls all to be painted by Dulux Weathershield.

6. Common boundary walls to be painted with one coat of exterior primer and two
coats Dulux Promise exterior matt finish colour to be painted.

7. Net amount to be paid for building of Rs 1,40,000 ( Rupees One Lakh forty
thousand only)
Terms of payment :-
50 % payment is to be made in advance and rest of the amount to be paid on work -
in - progress. Kindly accept it and reply to it as prompt as possible.
