Dear Madam,

This is to inform you that we are providing this estimate. These are the conditions
which are mentioned below :-

1. Repairing and patch plastering of outside boundary wall, roof apart from that patch
repairing ,plain cementing and ground floor repairing and red cementing has been provided
accordingly.

2. Cleaning to be done accordingly. Minor cracks to be mended with Birla White wall putty.
Painting for exterior walls of the building. Pre coating has been done with one coat of Birla
Putty first coating.

3. One coat exterior primer of Dulux Acrylic Exterior primer has been primered of the
outside walls of the entire building.

4. Two coats of Dulux Weathershield exterior emulsion paint. Outside border has been
performed with Dulux Weathershield colour as per your choice.

5. Special iron colour of Berger Luxol Hi Gloss enamel black of one coat has been painted of
buildings for common gates, common outside windows, common main gates, rooftop gates,
outside grill of building,veranda etc.

6. The frontage tiles has been painted with Dulux P.U. glossy clear paint. Common boundary
walls has been painted with one coat of exterior primer and two coats of Dulux
Weathershield paint has been painted as per your choice.

Net amount to be paid in lumpsum Rs 1,39,800 (One Lakh thirty nine thousand and eight
hundred only ).
