highlighted in the meeting reorientation of the staff and ESO coordinators on the quality
objective of the of the university. She emphasized the importance of understanding the QO as all
the important functions and services of the office are based and anchored on this. On the other
hand, Dr. Guia, also presented the twelve (12) quality objectives of the Extension Service Office,
she cited that the attainment of the ESO objectives depends on the commitment of the ESO
coordinators who will be assisting the college’ faculty extensionists in conceptualizing,
implementing and evaluating extension projects, programs and activities.

On Risk Assessment plan Add this to the minutes of meeting dated August 2022. Dr.
Aimee M. Guia the Head of ESO PB presented the risk assessment plan and how it can be
monitored during the meeting with staff and coordinators, he asked the ESO coordinators what
were their experiences as regard the implementation of the PAPs and as they go along the
process of conceptualizing and implementing the extension activities.
She mentioned that the risks in complying the quality objectives have to be identified and
determined in order to avoid problems that may hamper the implementation of extension
services. Further, the involvement of the staff and coordinators in determining these risks and
how they can be prevented is highly needed which is why they are being oriented about it.
