1. Which aspect of self do you take care of least? How should you rectify that?
The aspect of self that is usually least taken care of is the spiritual self,
we are social creatures and tend to avoid being alone, and even when we are,
we don't internalized it as we should. Thus, this is the aspect of the self that is
least cared for.
2. Name one instance that you practice self-care for each aspect of self.
Taking care of oneself is both easier and harder than it should be,
Sleeping is a prime example for taking care of the physical aspect of self, but
too much or too little sleep can also be harmful. Spending time alone can help
out spiritual self but too much can lead to us being isolated. Our Social self can
be cared for by communicating with others and setting boundaries. Forgiving
others and lifting the burden of your own negative emotions is a way to
practice self-care for the emotional self.
3. What is a self-concept?
Self-Concept is the way we think about ourselves. If we are aware of
ourselves then we have a concept of one’s self. It has two aspects: the
existential self and the categorical self. And three components: Self-image,
Ideal Self, and Self-Esteem and Self-Worth
4. Why do we have to develop self-awareness?
As you develop self-awareness, you are able to make changes in the
thoughts and interpretations you make in your mind. Changing the
interpretations in your mind allows you to change your emotions. Self-
awareness is one of the attributes of emotional intelligence and an important
factor in achieving success. It is the first step in creating what you want and
mastering your abilities. When you focus your attention, your emotions,
reactions, personality and behavior determine where you go in life.Having self-
awareness allows you to see where your thoughts and emotions are taking you.
It also allows you to see the controls of your emotions, behavior, and
personality so you can make the changes you want. It helps us to become
better decision-makers in our everyday living. It gives us more self-confidence
— so, as a result, we communicate with clarity and intention. It allows us to
understand things from multiple perspectives that freed us from our
assumptions and biases.
5. How Do We Develop Self-Awareness?
Basically, developing self-awareness is about being engaged in what is
going on around us,being conscious of our feelings, and understanding the
impact of those emotions on our ability to perform. Tips on becoming more self
-aware include:
Be in touch with your own feelings
Practice reflective thinking
Practice reflective thinking
Do not allow your feelings to dictate your behavior
Seek feedback from those that you are close to and trust.

Values development is the act, process, or result of developing values
for human dignity. Values are the bases of judging what attitudes and behavior

success?
A dream written down with a date becomes a goal. A goal brocken
down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed by actions makes your dreams
come true. It is the key to your success.
11.Explain the concept of a PDP.
The creation of a clear development action plan through a much more
holistic and person-based approach considering your personal effectiveness,
and development needs which takes your personal aspirations on board.

Mass media is a means of communication used to disseminate

Patriotism and nationalism are two sides of the same coin. While both
involve love of your country, patriots see their love of their country as a
subjective feeling while nationalists think that their country is objectively the
greatest nation on earth.
17.How can you show the sense of nationalism and patriotism?
-Respect the Philippine Flag and value our Filipino Identity

19.How can we be a good Filipino?
We can be a good citizen by living in with the good citizenship value,
which are maka-diyos, makabayan, makatao and makakalikasan. Also, We just
have to take a look at the mess we are in and we will realize that it is the
absence of these values in the way we live that has brought; greed, selfishness,
violence and murder, anarchy, oppression hatred, war, environmental
degradation, and violation of human rights.
20.Why is peace important?
Peace cannot be attained through violence or other ways that do not
promote order. Peace begins with one's self and is God-driven gift must be
continuously nurtured by prayer and reflection of one's value and principles. It
cannot be attained in a world where people do not live with dignity. There can
be not lasting peace if the nations of the world prosper at the expense of other
nations.
21.In your opinion, why is it that a justice delayed is a justice denied?
This phrase means if justice is not carried out at right time then even if it
is carried out later it is not real justice, because when there was demand of
justice there was lack of justice.
