I regret to inform you that I am resigning from my position here effective March 12, 2022 as Operations
Customer Service II Because of Family problem since I’m the only one have the capacity to taking care of
my grandmother she really needs an attention as she already old and no one will be taking care of. I
would like to apologize for not being able to give more notice.

While I’m aware that this in breach of the terms of my employment contract. I ask that you waive this
clause, due to my extenuating personal circumstances.

I cannot thank you enough for the opportunities this company has to provide me. Working here for
almost a year has been incredibly instrumental in my personal growth, and I will never forget this
campaign Fox Rent A Car, my colleagues and also my TL other co agents I have made here in TELUS.

Thank you so much for understanding in this matter. I have loved my job and I do my best to excel in my
account, and I will look back on my time here with wonderful memories
