In reference to the required compliance in CP1. narrated hereunder are the

summary of my experiences and learning in the aforementioned agency/unit/office, to
wit:

1. On the first day of our OJT on 6th day of December of 2021, I arrived at the Brgy.
Lagao Hall about 0730H. The assigned personnel Sir Edwin Lansadiras conducted
an orientation for the rules and assignments. My mate Jerico Gadier and I were
assigned in the entrance of Barangay hall lagao and asisst clients and implemented the
rules . After being assigned in entrance, I proceeded in vaccination area and assisted
the people and arranged the chairs as well. We had our dismissal at around 1430H.
2. On the second day of our OJT, around 0730H I was assigned at the logbook area and I
observed the entry of people into the Barangay Lagao and scan their QR code which
served as their gate pass and then we were dismissed at about 1430H.

3. On the third day We don't have duty because its Holidy.

4. On the fourth day of our OJT, around 0730H. I was assigned together with my mate
Jerico Gadier to join the patrol unit to assist Barangay personnel's and had our dismissal
at around 1430H.

5. On the fifth day of our OJT, around 0730H. I was assigned together with my mate Jerico
Gadier in vaccination area to assist people specially the sr. citizen in the vaccination area.
and had our dismissal at around 1430H.

6. On the sixth day of our OJT, around 0730H I was assigned together with my mate Jerico
Gadier and Charlyn Babiera to observe the traffic enforcers on how they manage traffic rules
and regulations. and had our dismissal at around 1430H.

7. On the seventh day of our OJT, around 0730H. I was assigned together with my mate
Jerico Gadier again at vaccination area and assisted the people and we arrange the chairs
and help to clean the vaccination area. and had our dismissal around 1430H.
8. On the eight day of our OJT, around 0730H. I am still doing the task same task in
seventh day of duty together with my mate Jsrico Gadier assisted the people im the
vaccination area and arrange chairs. and had our dismissal at around 1430H.
9. On the 9th day of our OJT, around 0730H. I am still doing the task same task in eight day
of duty together with my mate Jsrico Gadier assisted the people in the vaccination area and
arrange chairs. and had our dismissal at around 1430H.
10. On the tenth day of our OJ, around 0730H last day of our duty. I was assigned together with
my mate Jerico Gadier in Lupon Office of Barangay lagao. to implement rules including no
short and sando inside the office policy. and had our dismissal at around 1430H.
