LAC Session Reflection on Teachers Practice During Lac Session

Just like the captain who cannot navigate a ship without a rubber, teachers too, cannot educate the
child without a thorough knowledge …

The Lac session conducted was a very good refresher to us teachers, who are already in the service
for the couple of years. I am very thankful we had the LAC sessions since it gave me valuable insights.

1.It make me realize that humans are we are, we tend to become lax as years pass by thinking that
we are already experts in the field. However,this mentality must be changed . We must not forget the
teachers hold a great responsibility to the school, to the community and even to the profession itself.

2. Puts premium on insuring quality education to all Filipino learners. This implies that we must
upgrade ourselves by pursuing further studies to improve efficiency and and strengthen competence.

3. Sets as a reminder that we are the most priviledged to be in the noblest profession.

4. Has given me a fervent desire to become a better and a more efficient teacher who always keeps in
mind that I AM AN AGENTs IN BUILDING A GOOD NATION.
