1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?

A teacher's voice is a valuable asset. When used effectively, the voice can draw a student's interest and
encourage engagement with the instructor and subject matter.

One of the most crucial aspects of personal classroom management is a teacher’s-controlled volume
and clear voice. To ensure that every student pays attention and listens intently during class discussions,
the teacher's voice should be loud and clear enough to be audible throughout the entire classroom
when giving instructions. A teacher must also speak in an authoritative manner in order to command the
respect of the students.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

The instructor's punctuality and behavior reflect on the students because if the students can see that
their teacher is on time, they will do their best to emulate such behavior. However, if teachers
consistently arrive late and exhibit laziness in the classroom, it will have a bad impact on management
and discipline.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

To ensure that discussions and learning activities flow easily for the teacher and the students, we need
to examine the practical components of classroom management. The safety and order of the class
would be guaranteed if the best versions of these actual classroom components were used.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.

If a teacher in a particular classroom doesn't know how to successfully manage a classroom, he or she
will also be unable to create and offer any good instruction that occasionally results in the Students'
failure to learn.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

To ensure effective classroom management, we must first have all the traits of a competent teacher
and have mastered all the individual classroom management components, such as personal hygiene,
timeliness, and so forth. Aside from that, make sure the physical organization of the classroom is in
order, including proper lighting, ventilation, and workstations.

ANALYZE

Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions:

1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to better
classroom management? Explain your answer.

The resource teacher used a variety of ways because, in my opinion, in order to be a great teacher, we
all need to be well-versed in a variety of techniques. And indeed, those techniques aid in improved
classroom management since they facilitate the development of positive relationships between the
teacher and the students, the improvement of the students' critical-thinking abilities, and the
accomplishment of the stated goals.

2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have been used
instead? Explain.

As far as I'm concerned, the resource teacher used all of the instructional techniques; none of them, in
my opinion, were ineffective.

REFLECT

As a future teacher, reflect on the observations then answer the given question.

1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of

learners?

As a future educator, I must practice cultural sensitivity with my students in order to prevent certain
situations from occurring in the future. Another strategy I must use is to give students freedom and
flexibility because I believe that each person is intelligent in their own way and that I want them to
discover their own skills and abilities.

SHOW your learning Artifacts

Show pictures of evidence of learning to capture the classroom management strategies used by your

Resource Teacher.

Due to the pandemic, I was unable to fully record the classroom management strategies employed by
my resource teacher. Due to safety regulations, the classes were limited, which is the new standard for
education. Full Face-to-face instruction was not yet really possible. But based on how my resource
instructor described her habits and experiences in in-person lessons by sending pictures taken a long
time ago.
