    To Whom It May Concern:

    I would like to inform you that I wish to cancel our Contract, on the
    grounds that I would break my agreement because of reasons beyond my
    control. During this MCO, we are unable to run our business. Thus, we had
    decided to end our contract now.

    It is my humble request to you to oblige with the Contract Cancellation


    terms that were agreed upon in the original contract.
