    1. Give the significance of studying history of art. Is it essential?


    Studying the art of the past teaches us how people have seen themselves and their
    world, and how they want to show this to others. Art history provides a means by which
    we can understand our human past and its relationship to our present, because the act of
    making art is one of humanity's most ubiquitous activities.
    2. How studying history of arts will improve the arts we have now?
    Looking at art from the past by studying art history can contribute to who we are as a
    people today. We can look at what has been done before us, and are able to view the
    world today with more complete perspectives and better understanding.
    3. How can you promote history of the Philippine Art? In what ways?
    By simply patronizing and utilizing our fellow citizens' works, I will
    acknowledge the roles of artists in the creation, preservation, and promotion of
    Philippine art. Citizens should conserve our country's arts through experience or
    education, and there are certain FESTIVITIES AND EVENTS that encourage
    our own arts
