Engine Fuel Lever Valve

Normal position of the Lever as shown on picture FIGURE 1

The Lever should ALWAYS in upward position


as shown on picture FIGURE 2

To put the Engine in full STOP, PUSH DOWN

the lever as shown in FIGURE 3.

When the Engine is already in full stop,

release and pull the lever back to its

original position as shown in FIGURE 1 and 2


Battery Gauge FIG 4

Normal Battery storage is at

least within the BLUE LINE as

shown in FIGURE 4

To Normally check Battery Storage, Twist the key GENTLY to the right(as

shown in FIGURE 5). The bulb will lit and the gauge will move and show

the current storage capacity.

(NOTE: CHECK BATTERY ONCE EVERY WEEK)

When the gauge is within the RED LINE, The Battery should be charge.

After checking the Storage capacity of the battery,

GENTLY SWITCHED BACK by twisting the key to the

left until the position is shown in FIGURE 6


DRAINING THE SYSTEM

The Engine pump and Jockey pump Selector

switches are NORMALLY on the AUTO position.

Jockey Pump will RUN Automatically when pressure

drops to its CUT-IN setting. Same as with ENGINE PUMP

CONTROLLER. (as shown in FIGURE 7)

When draining the system, Rule of Thumb is

Twisting the Knobs of Jockey and Engine

pumps to OFF position as shown in FIGURE 8

before draining/releasing the pressure from

the mainline to avoid auto run of Jockey and

Engine pumps

To PERMANENTLY DISABLE the Engine Pump from unintentional

Or accidental START-UP, remove the ENGINE START RELAY

as shown In FIGURE 9

For Jockey Pump, Shut down the Main breaker inside the

Control Panel

Before filling the mainline, make sure

The water level in the sump tank is

enough. When everything is ready,

Position the Knob of JOCKEY PUMP

to AUTO to start filling the system until

it will come into full stop upon reaching

the CUT-OFF that was set in the Pressure

Switch. Meanwhile, the knob of ENGINE PUMP

Remains in the OFF position as shown in

FIGURE 10

When the system is already pressurized by

JOCKEY PUMP, reinstall the ENGINE ySTART

RELAY Of the Engine Pump Controller inside the

panel as shown in FIGURE 11

After installing the START RELAY, you can

Switch the knob into AUTO position of

ENGINE PUMP as shown in Figure 12

JOCKEY and FIRE PUMP System is now ONLINE
