constitute APRIL Z. ATIENZA, of legal age, single Filipino a resident of Tirona Street
Tirona Compound San Dionisio Paranaque City, to be our true and lawfully Attorney-in-
Fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things to wit:
1. To transact, sign, collect and execute all legal documents related to the sale our

2. To facilitate and transfer all documents to accomplish the above stated facts;
