AFFIDAVIT OF NON-SUBDIVISION PROJECT

That WE, Buyers of Engracia B. Marquinez, of legal age, Filipino and all are residing at
Lemery Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, dispose and say:

That, we are the absolute owner of consolidated parcel of land covered by TCT No. 054-
2021002058 respectively, located at Sinisian West Lemery Batangas containing an area of
15,080 square meters.

That we, hired the professional services of the Geodetic Engineer, Maricar Calderon-Torres
to subdivide the parcel of land into 11 lots.

That the said subdivision lots are intended for NON-SUBDIVISION PROJECT, as it is a
simple and non- subdivision project for a family use as contemplated on section 2 (d) of P.D. 957
as required of DOJ opinion no. 83 series of 1995.

That we, Buyers of Engracia B. Marquinez, are executing affidavit as compliance with the
requirements of Land Registration Authority for approval of the Subdivision Plan.
