    Rational/scientific method in decision- It uses the standard six-step process to arrive at a decision.

    Use of intuition in decision-making Using your instincts to make a decision.
    Affect infusion It means that an entrepreneur’s mood or feelings influences the
    judgments that they do.
    Attribution style The decisions they make are because of their strong belief that
    they will always succeed.
    Counterfactual thinking It is the “afterthought in decision-making”
    Over-confidence It is when they think they know everything when making a
    decision when they really don’t.
    Knowing style They look for facts and data when making a decision or when
    coming up with one.
    Creative style They are creative and they tend to experiment more before
    making the decision making them more experienced.
