Introduction
Music therapy is the discipline that appeals to musical quality to assist in a therapeutic process
with the correct professional accompaniment. Music has several positive effects on human
beings, including relaxation, and happiness, and helps us think, remember, dream, etc. An
important point is the fact that humans have had a connection with music since prehistoric times.
we could perceive, respond to, and create music. The way music affects the brain is
overspecified. All aspects of music are processed by different areas of the brain. The brain's
reward center, called the nucleus accumbens, can even produce strong physical signals of
pleasure, music therapy uses these deep physical reactions that the body has to music as a type of
cognitive therapy.
Music therapy does not rely on verbal communication, so it may be better for people who have

reducing stress levels, improving students' rhythmic-motor and expressive abilities, and
