selling are imported as finished goods (Lab instrumentation) and we deliver and
as well as commission the system for the customer. Our company vision is To

OUTPUT: Good Quality Instruments (Happy Customer)

Other supporting processes: Order Processing and Finance.

The process is currently supporting the organization strategic. INPUT: The


management will source for the agency which with a few criteria such as quality,
well reputable brand, good service support and able to service scientific
community in Thailand. TRANSFORMATIONS: Sales & Marketing team staff are
qualified and relevant background during the selection and provide both internal
and external training in terms of product knowledge, this applies the same to the
Service team who performing the Installation and Commissioning and as well as
after sales service to customer. Hence the OUTPUT: Customer having performing
equipment for their research.

Anyhow, the process still have room for improvement due to the changes of
customer demands and requirement in the research community, however, the
improvement are more emphasize of resources such as IT system and technical
Support Team with relevant background; plus a monitoring and measurement
system such as customer satisfactory check in terms of our service. Besides that,
continuous people development to meets the demand of the customer also a
must.
