Review design calculation and equipment sizing for different loads.

Flange faces, flange ratings and gaskets size and ratings for static
equipment man ways.
Pre & final shafts alignments, pre & final flange parallelism with piping flange
for rotary equipments with Rim & Face method, Reverse Method.
Motor & Pulley Alignment, Chain & Belt Tensioning using Belt Tension gauge
Oil flushing with fine mesh screens to rotary equipments where ever
applicable
Preservation Inspection like shaft rotation, Bearing oil, & motor greasing,
finding the damage parts etc and maintaining the records as per
preservation schedules
Air-Cooled type heat exchangers (Air Fin Coolers) inspections: shaft
verticality, blade tip

 Automatic Centralized grease lubrication system inspections for air fin
coolers, oil mists generators.
Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with
specifications.
Check flow direction arrows on valves, Verify that the properly identified
valves are installed in accordance with the flow diagram.
Performs other duties as described under HELPER Master Title.Review design
calculation and equipment sizing for different loads.
Oil flushing with fine mesh screens to rotary equipments where ever
applicable
Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with
specifications.
Verify that the properly identified valves are installed in accordance with the
flow diagram.
