 And nice to meet Kenji san, this is the first time we have a meeting with you, regards from Us

 First of all, I will briefly introduce the Schenker team at this meeting
 My name Mario Ivan from commercial team and my Manager Pak Khrisna
And from Land Transport team, we have Pak Indra as the head of Land Transport, Pak Fredi as
project leader for Uniqlo distribution, Pak Roni, Pak Syukran, Pak Sukirman and Pak Rangga.
 And according to agenda, our team will present our trial review also we will discuss the next
steps and hopefully from this meeting we have long-term relationships and Schenker can
support the logistic needs from Fast retailing.
 Ok, for the first time we will review our trial delivery in last March and April, which will present
by Pak Kirman and our proposal will be present by Pak Angga.

Slide Review :

 We have ten golden safety rules, so Schenker employee work based on our safety facto rules
and we also have a team of Health Safety Environment whose job is to monitor the safety of
employees, office space, our warehouse also we have asessment or review our trucks and
drivers every six months.
 And this Country Leadership for Schenker Indonesia, and we can see Pak Indra as Head of Land
of Transport
 Next we have Schenker Branch at Batam, Medan, Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya & Balikpapan
 And for this slide we want to share our discussion before we start this Trial
1. Loading Process, Requirement from FRID loading before 3PM, and our proposal we can
loading before 12.00PM and actual we start loading at 5 PM
2. Leadtime, requirement Surbaya – Jakarta 3 days, Jakarta Bali 4 days and for split shipment
Jakarta to Surbaya 4 days and this is same with our proposal and actually we can match and
we can delivered before requirement on next slide will shown

 And next we want to show millestone of split delivery, we shown from our first trial delivery in
March twenty fourth :
1. Trucking arrived at Barlic warehouse at one PM and start loading at five PM and finished and
gate out from warehouse at seven PM
2. Trucking arrived at Surabaya Cross dock warehouse at next day eleven pass thirty AM
3. Mapping and split shipment process at six PM and finished at seven PM
4. At March twenty seven our truck delivered to store started at five pass thirty AM
5. Arrived at Pakuwon at seven AM and finish unloading & document handover at seven pass
ten
Arrived At Tunjungan at six pass thirty and finish unloading and doc turn over at seven pass
thirty AM
Arrived at Galaxy mall at six pass thirty and finish unloading and doc turn over at Eight pass
ten AM
So in total with average time, the lead time for split shipment is sixty hours its mean two
half days.
 Next, this is operation for split shipment at Surabaya warehouse

 Next Slide we can see our historical record, we have ten trial delivery
1. We have cross docking for delivery to Surabaya on March twenty fourth we delivered
ontime
2. March twenty six we have delivery to Mall Galeria Bali with lead time 3 days
3. In March twenty seven we have direct delivery to Surabaya store, but we miss due to we not
full toll and heavy traffic at Lamongan so, truck delay in arrival.
4. In March twenty nine we have return delivery from Pakuwon Surabaya to Balric warehouse
which is we not discuss before and there is no mention on proposal but Schenker can
provide it.
5. In Mach Thirty one and April second we have direct delivery to Bali and ontime delivery with
lead time two half days.

Commercial :

 We already discuss with Bu Indah for our best rates and believe this is our best rates we can
offer to you.
 Example we have shipment 8 tons from Jakarta to Surbaya and will using cross docking
Store one using trucking 4 ton
Store two using trucking 2 tons
Store three using trucking 2 tons

The calculation is : six million two hundred thousand plus one million five hundred seventy one
thousand plus two store multiple eight hundred thirty three thousand.
