This is to confirm the receipt of the Municipality of Mobo the amount of One Hundred Four
Thousand and Fifty Two Pesos (Php. 104,052.00) through the Notice of ADA Issued (NADAI)
No. 103 dated February 26, 2021 intended for the implementation of the following projects
under the FY 2021 LGSF – DRRAP:

The said fund have been transferred from the General Fund to the Municipality’s Trust Fund
Account. Further, a separate subsidiary ledger for the project is being maintained.

Attached is certified true copy of proof of fund transfer.
