FABRIC PRINTING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This promo starts from 9 - 23 January 2023.

2. The price above is the price per meter including fabric + printing service.
3. If customers make payment after 23 January 2023, normal price will
apply.
4. The MOQ for this promo is 1 meter.
5. Maximum design quantity: 10 design (make sure you submitted seamless
design file)
a. You can only submit one design for 1-19 meter
b. You can add one additional design for every 10 meter, example:
1-19 meter= 1 design
20-29 meter= 2 design
30-39 meter= 3 design
40-49 meter= 4 design
etc
6. Maximum design submission is D+3 after payment.
7. You can make a down payment of 50% if your purchase is more than
10,000,000 IDR
8. All designs will be printed as it is. This process takes 14-20 working days
(does not include Saturday, Sunday and Indonesian Public Holiday) and
will be implemented according to the printing queue.
9. The production will start on 24 January 2023.

FABRIC DYEING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The MOQ for this service is 200 meters for one color and one type of
fabric. You can add additional color for every 200 meter. Down payment
50% is required for this service (the balance must be paid before the fabric
is sent).
2. For orders with a quantity of more than 200 meters, the fabric dyeing
process will be made into several batches.
3. Please note the color between production batches will not be 100% exactly
the same, there will be a color tolerance of about 5-10% for each different
batch of production.
4. Customers can make samples before mass production. It will cost IDR
350,000 (can consist of several colors). This fee will be adjusted to the
total payment and will be counted as discount if the customer places a
large order, or it will be forfeited if the customer does not place an order.
5. For making samples, customers can send the Pantone TCX code or the
color reference in fabric form (the fabric type must be the same as the
fabric you ordered). We will provide a 5x6 cm sample for every color. This
process takes about 14 working days.
6. There’s a 5 - 10 % tolerance for color difference and ±10% tolerance for
shrinkage.
7. Fabric dyeing production takes 40 working days (does not include
Saturday, Sunday and Indonesian Public Holiday and any form of
production failure) after sample approval. This process will be
implemented according to the queue.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. The fabric is ready stock and will be delivered H+2 after payment.
2. The price is per yard.
3. Limited color. Please contact our CS for availability.
4. The MOQ is 1 roll for each color combination.
5. The shipment is from Bandung, every Monday-Friday (doesn't include
Indonesian Public Holiday).
6. There is ±6% tolerance for fabric width.
7. Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or
your monitor settings.
