1. Weigh feeder Totalizer required.


2. Mill Discharge makeup water valve gain to be adjust & flow is showing after close the valve
to be rectify.
3. Weigh feeder PV showing wrong in DCS.
4. Cyclone valve 1023 not operating.
5. Discharge pump box level Continues Fluctuating.
6. OF-7A Forward & reverse problem to be solve.
7. Ball mill main motor cooling fan has to start with motor Command only.
8. OF7A, 8A ZSS rectify.
9. Thickner Recirculation valve & Divert valve rectify in operation.
10. Ball mill discharges pump FSL Require.
11. Lub Heaters to be start in DCS.
12. LP Pump FSL switch to be given in DCS.
13. Grease spray system not healthy in ball mill start permission.
14. Mill discharge pump discharge valve to be taken in line.
15. Cloths wash tank level to be calibrate.
16. Stand by pump require for seal water, process water,Thickner under flow & ball mill
discharge pump.
17. Flushing line to be connected to thickner under flow pump & ball mill discharge pump.
18. Separate pipe line require for seal water tank top-up.
19. Separate pipe line require for Fuculant tank top-up.
20. Ball mill 1 gearbox pump oil leckages to be rectify.
21. Mill discharge pump-2 leckage
22. Sump pump connection require for both piping & electrical.
23. Water leackages from feed stot.
24. Cyclone over flow leckage towards thickner.
25. Cyclone inlet vale water leckage
26. Slurry leckage from ball mill both manual doors.
27. Make up water line vibration at discharge sump.
