Respected sir,

This is please to inform you that Hospital store suffering lot of problem due to insufficient
and unprotected store room for last 8 to 10 month. One of our main store (old mail medical)
room was handover to Superintendent sir due to covid emergency. This was our main lock
&key equipment store room. After handover, our main store was shifted to Room no 22,
where presently CHILD OPD is happen regularly that’s why lock &key is impossible. Many
valuable items like stature trolley, bed, chair, table etc are shifted to different place (like
Blood Bank) without any concern of store. If it is continue, hospital store will suffer big
problem which is unrecoverable in future.

Hospital store intimate verbally this problem Superintendent Sir and Ast Superintendent
repeated time .Please take action as early as possible for hospital safety and public interest.
