Dear Employees,

Hope you are all doing well.

As the new children’s hospital director, I would like to first congratulate the new hospital that will
be opening soon. Unfortunately, the hospital has been scheduled to open a month late due to
the construction work. The builders and engineers are busy with the upcoming fair that will be
held on March 7th, 2024. Therefore, they will be taking time to finish the hospital.

With that reason, I apologize to mention that, all employees must work 10 hours a day to get the
hospital ready. I would love for everyone to spread the message about new working hours. First,
by updating the linkedin, mentioning that there will be a delay in opening the hospital. Second,
to tell all of our patients. Lastly, to move all of the furniture back to the main hospital. Please be
sure to follow these steps and submit it before the deadline, March 6, 2024.

I understand that working 10 hours a day is exhausting and I apologize for that. On the
brightside, the new children's hospital is a month away from opening. Therefore, after it is
opened, everyone will be having a one week leave and salary will be increased.
