5 Blinding, Isolation and de-energizing of the pipeline.

Execution
1 Delivery of pipe spools to Kemya job site

3 Erection of scaffolding for pipe spool installation
4 Cutting and removal corroded cement-lined pipe at site
5 Edge preparation of cut end by grinder
6 Fit-up of pipe spools by sleeve method and applying pipe-joining compound.

Safety
1 Providing all the safety accessories to manpower
2 Provide FRC clothimng to Manpower
3 Safety orientation training to vendor manpower and ID's
4 Work permit reciever training to vendor manpower.
5 Regular Gas checks for H-C and %LEL.
